1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Symvaci (“the Service”), operated by Symvaci Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Symvaci. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

Symvaci provides AI-powered contract analysis and review services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze contracts you upload, identifying potential risks, key terms, and negotiation opportunities.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Shared or duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• You must notify us immediately at support@symvaci.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a review or subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions (Starter $19/mo, Pro $39/mo, Executive $79/mo): Non-refundable once the AI analysis has begun processing. If you purchase a review credit but have not yet uploaded a contract, you may request a refund within 7 days.
• All plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for the current period.
• Service failures: If an analysis fails due to an error on our end (system failure, processing error), a full refund or replacement credit will be provided.
• Promotion codes: Promotion codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload any document you do not have the legal right to review or share.
• Upload documents containing illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms used by Symvaci.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt our systems or infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the contracts and documents you upload. Symvaci does not claim ownership of your content. The analysis reports generated by our AI are provided for your personal or business use.

The Symvaci name, logo, website design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Symvaci Inc. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• AI analysis results will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.

AI analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Symvaci is not a law firm. Decisions made based on our analysis are made at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symvaci Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Symvaci in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Symvaci Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@symvaci.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
